John Long Results 8/5 - 8/13
John Long and his KRJ Racing team competed in the Summer Sizzler at New Paris Speedway august 5th. After locking down good times in practive he qualified his #32 machine 18th. Even starting near the rear half of the field couldn't hold the Pay N' Packet outlaw car back as he wheeled his way up to the 6th spot at the end of the 100 lap race
August 13th John returned to the CRA Super Series at Toledo Speedway. After being 4th quick in practive Long qualified in the 13th spot. Right off the start the car was loose but fast, Long was able to bring his Perfect Circle #32 home in the 8th spot.
Next up is the CRA 125 August 28th at Columbus Motor Speedway
John Long Results 7/9 - 7/12
John Long and his KRJ Motorsports team had a doubleheader weekend starting at M-40 in the outlaw super late model class. Long qualified his #32 ride 16th and immediately headed to the front when the green flag dropped. After being sent to the rear three times for being caught up in various accidents the #32 battled the way back up to the 2nd spot at the end of the 75 lapper.
The next event for the KRJ team was a CRA Super Series event at Plymouth Speedway. Long had a solid day going until his brakes failed on lap 137. That put the team behind the wall and out of the event for the evening.

John Long recent racing results and headlines
John Long and his KRJ Racing team came into the EMF 125 at Angola Speedway in the 8th spot in the season long points as well as the leading rookie contender. Putting up competitive times all day long in practive Long was looking for a solid qualifying lap. Unfortunately he like several other series regulars slid around in the oil dry left on the track from another competitors blown motor. He nailed down the 24th spot in qualifying.
Once the race started Long paced himself to save the brakes and brought his #32 machine all the way up to the 9th position in the end. He was the hardcharger winner as well as rookie of the race yet again. The solid run helped him gain some momentum heading int othe next event.
